Getting Started
How do I import my loans?
Go to the Import page and upload a CSV file with your loan data. We support columns like borrower name, loan amount, property address, stage, phone, and email. Download our template for the correct format.
What stages can I use for my loans?
LoanSignal supports these stages: Lead, Application, Processing, Underwriting, Conditional Approval, Clear to Close, Closed, and Cancelled.
Can I add loans manually?
Yes! Click the "Add Loan" button on the Pipeline page to create a new loan manually. You can also import loans via CSV for bulk additions.
Pipeline Management
How do priority scores work?
Priority scores help you focus on loans that need attention. Scores increase when:
- A loan has been inactive for 7+ days
- A loan has been in the same stage for 14+ days
- A reminder date has passed
What do the color indicators mean?
Green - Up to date (0-7 days since last activity)
Yellow - Aging (8-14 days since last activity)
Red - Urgent (15+ days since last activity)
How do I move a loan between stages?
Drag and drop the loan card to a different column on the Pipeline page, or click on a loan and use the stage selector dropdown to change its stage.
Notes & Reminders
How do I add notes to a loan?
Open a loan's detail page and use the Notes panel on the right side. Press N for a quick keyboard shortcut.
How do reminders work?
Set a reminder date on any loan to receive email notifications. Overdue reminders will increase the loan's priority score. Press R to quickly set a reminder.

How do I manage my subscription?
Click on your profile menu in the top right corner and select "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal where you can update payment methods or cancel.
How do I change my password?
Use the Forgot Password page to reset your password via email.
